A Guest Services Lead assists with team oversight, provides quality customer service and product knowledge, along with daily tasks of the operation. Will be expected to help guests with their needs. Spends time working in both Guest Services/Retail and ticket office. This is a working supervisor position. Duties include closing retail/ticket locations, assisting with inventory, training and other related duties as assigned.
