The Guest Service Host/Hostess at the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to guests and visitors. This part-time role involves greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming environment that aligns with the organization's Christian mission.

Graciously and cheerfully welcome and assist guests on arrival and throughout their stay at the BGTC.
Assist with preparation of services, setup, and cursory cleaning in meeting rooms.
Ensure restrooms are clean and well stocked.
Assist other Guest Services staff as needed.

Strong social and verbal communication skills, especially one-on-one and in small groups.
Dependable, persistent, results-oriented.
Commitment to hospitality and excellence.
Ability to work independently without close supervision.
Willingness to take initiative and be a proactive problem solver.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to analyze and make decisions based on BGTC protocols.
Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.

Partial benefits for part-time employees working at least 20 hours and fewer than 30 hours each week.
