About The Position

The Guest Service Expert is responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, beyond just serving food and drinks. This involves taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guest enjoyment. The role requires setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Success in this position also hinges on maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role involves being physically active, including standing, walking, and performing tasks that require lifting and bending.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
  • Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to read and visually verify information
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required

Responsibilities
