About The Position

This role is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, beyond just serving food and drinks. Guest Service Experts are expected to take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. This includes tasks like setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies, all while making transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Success in this position also requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication. The role involves being physically active, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving on various surfaces, managing menus, and performing hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Requirements

  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification
