The Guest Service Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for guests at the resort. This position involves greeting guests upon their arrival and departure with a warm and welcoming salutation, setting the tone for their stay. The agent is responsible for conducting timely and efficient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all processes are customer service-oriented. This includes providing guests with guidance on resort programming, package inclusions, available restaurants, and local area attractions. Additionally, the agent will assist guests in booking all resort activities, ensuring that they have access to the full range of services offered by the resort. In this role, the Guest Service Desk Agent must respond positively to guest questions and concerns, whether they arise at the desk or over the phone. This requires strong problem-solving skills and active listening abilities to address any issues that may arise during a guest's stay. The agent is also responsible for making appropriate room reservations and billing adjustments as needed, ensuring that all guest accounts are accurate and up-to-date. The position may involve performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the guest services team.
