Requirements

1 year experience in same or similar role.
Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail .
Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and flair, ensuring every arrival feels like the start of a storybook getaway.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with polished efficiency and a sprinkle of hospitality magic.
Assist guests with questions and special requests, from the ordinary to the delightfully unexpected.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to keep the resort running smoother than a swan on a still lake.
Maintain an impeccably tidy and inviting front desk area, serving as the elegant heartbeat of the guest experience.
