Requirements
- Adhere to the company's dress code policy
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Showcase strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Possess basic computer proficiency and phone skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Be open to flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with previous customers
- Monitor and engage with potential leads
- Master and adhere to call and email scripts
- Schedule, confirm, and follow through on appointments
- Conduct surveys with customers
- Be prepared to address any customer inquiries
- Utilize CRM software to document all interactions with customers
- Collaborate effectively with management and the service team
- Other tasks as assigned
