Requirements

  • Adhere to the company's dress code policy
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Showcase strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Possess basic computer proficiency and phone skills
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Be open to flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with previous customers
  • Monitor and engage with potential leads
  • Master and adhere to call and email scripts
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow through on appointments
  • Conduct surveys with customers
  • Be prepared to address any customer inquiries
  • Utilize CRM software to document all interactions with customers
  • Collaborate effectively with management and the service team
  • Other tasks as assigned
