About The Position

Automotive Guest Service Coordinator Guest Service Coordinators engage with service leads generated through online marketing campaigns, the dealer website, and incoming calls. The fast-paced environment offers numerous opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Adhere to Headquarter Toyota's dress code policy
  • Bring strong customer service and communication skills to the table
  • Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities
  • Possess basic computer proficiency and phone skills
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Must be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • While a background in Business Development Center is not required, it is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with former customers to enhance customer retention
  • Proactively monitor and contact leads for potential business opportunities
  • Master call and email scripts to effectively communicate with customers
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct surveys with customers to gather feedback and improve service
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize CRM software to document all customer interactions for record-keeping
  • Collaborate effectively with management and the service department to deliver exceptional customer service
  • other tasks as assigned
