About The Position

The Guest Service Attendant (Bell Attendant) at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Front Office and Valet Team to escort guests and transport their luggage efficiently.
• Ensure guests are comfortable with their accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features.
• Assist in providing an efficient check-in and checkout experience.
• Engage in casual conversations with guests and provide hotel or local recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of visibility and presence in the hotel.
