Guest Service Attendant
About The Position
We're hiring for part-time Outside Service Attendants at Sierra View Country Club . For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well. Outside service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up. Pay range: $16.50 - $17.00 This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
Requirements
- Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality
- Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if you have previous experience in one the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles
Responsibilities
- Outside Service duties include staging golf carts
- Maintaining the bag room & cart barn
- Attending the bag drop
- Maintaining the practice range
- Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service
