As we accelerate our growth across the country, we’re looking for a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) who is ready to stand out and be part of something special.

Requirements

• Are friendly and outgoing
• Build relationships with customers
• Stay positive and energetic
• Work hard and enjoy being financially rewarded for outstanding performance
• Enjoy being active, on their feet, and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head

Nice To Haves

• Have prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phone
• Promote special offers or programs
• Stock lobby merchandise and refreshments and keep all customer areas clean
• Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures
• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by management
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines
