About The Position

The Guest Service Associate (GSA) at European Wax Center plays a crucial role in representing the brand and ensuring a positive experience for guests. This position is not only about providing excellent customer service but also involves sales responsibilities, particularly in selling wax passes. As the first and last point of contact for guests, the GSA must maintain a cheerful and positive demeanor, embodying the company's core values and mission of revealing beautiful skin. The GSA will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals who share a passion for beauty and customer satisfaction, contributing to a supportive and energetic work environment. In this role, the GSA is responsible for managing the flow of guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring that all opening and closing procedures of the center are followed meticulously. This includes managing the Reservation Book to accommodate guest requests and associate availability. The GSA will also educate guests on the benefits of Wax Passes, the European Wax Center's product offerings, and current in-center promotions. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the center is also a key responsibility, which includes restocking product shelves and ensuring that promotional materials are readily available. The GSA is expected to create memorable guest experiences by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring interactions to meet individual guest needs. Achieving and exceeding both center and individual goals is essential, as is adhering to corporate policies and procedures. The position requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends, and a commitment to professional appearance and conduct at all times.
