About The Position

The Milwaukee Milkmen are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Guest Service Associates to join our game-day staff at Franklin Field in Franklin, WI. Guest Service associates play a key role in creating a fun and memorable fan experience by providing fast, friendly customer service during Milkmen home games and special events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by position)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Must be available for Milwaukee Milkmen home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Additional shifts may be available for special events at Franklin Field

Responsibilities

• Greet fans with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating areas
• Assist with guest relations
• Box office duties as needed
• Assist with fan directional throughout the stadium
• Ensure proper credentials in proper areas
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy game-day environment
• Assist with opening, closing, and post-event cleanup duties
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members
