This isn't just a cashier job—you are the "Conductor of Fun." Whether you are checking in a bowling lane, briefing a squad for a 2-story laser tag battle, or fueling up guests at the counter, you are the key to a great guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn our register and scoring systems.
• A positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to work well with others.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods in a high-energy environment.
• Willingness to work until 11:00 PM (Sun–Thurs) and until 1:00 AM (Fri–Sat)
• Availability to work all major holidays (we are open when the fun is happening!).
• Openness to a rotating schedule including weekends and opening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and assist them in navigating our 28 lanes, arcade, and laser tag arena.
• Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and provide receipts.
• Stay up-to-date on our current specials (like our Friday Unlimited Bowling/Laser Tag bundles) to help guests get the best value.
• Be willing to jump in where needed—from the Front Counter to the Game Room or Laser Tag briefing room.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment during your shift.
