About The Position

Serves Guests in an efficient and courteous manner, greets Guests with a smile, and Team Member must have a very outgoing and positive demeanor and be passionate about Guest Service. Position entails hosting a designated slot section by providing Guest Service, maintaining the cleanliness of the section as well as ensuring all machines are operational and ready for play. Team Member is expected to cultivate new Guest relationships and to maintain existing Guest relationships by providing friendly and efficient service to all Guests. Provide service to Guests involving providing change, pay jackpots, redeem EZ-Pay tickets, and minor machine repair. Use Guest Locator as a tool to attend to Guests needs. Be knowledgeable of company and property promotions. Must have knowledge of the gaming floor, location of slot machines, restaurants, amenities, and restrooms. Promote Boarding Pass Rewards program and actively recruit new Boarding Pass members. Comply with all Slot Department policies..

Requirements

  • The minimum age requirement is 21 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management
  • Able to perform headcount, check-in and check-out, and maintain accounting for a bank of slot machines and/or a cash advance for a bank of slot machines
  • Must be able to comply with signature checks including jackpot tickets, check-in/check-out sheet verification, transfer or purchase slip check, Title 31 paperwork, check-in/check-out slip paid check-out, key control check-in, portable scanner check-out, radio check-out and daily check-in sheet
  • Must be able to understand the requirements of Title 31, including but not limited to all unacceptable monetary transactions, registration requirements, and the New Wave system
  • Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift
