  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office area.
  • Ensure proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property.
  • Complete all required documentation, such as daily reports and checklists, in a timely manner.
  • Monitor competitor occupancy and rates to optimize pricing and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
  • 1 year of hotel experience required.
  • Experience in cash handling and credit card transactions.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a friendly attitude.
  • Flexible working hour commitment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Full-time position with expected hours of no less than 32 per week.
