About The Position
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Guest Service Lobby Agent for the beautiful Interlocken Resort & Spa! This vital role will work closely with the Front Office Manager and Leaders to successfully execute all operations relating to the Guest Services lobby, front desk and Ideal Services experience resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guests, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest's stay. Guest Service Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of upscale hotel amenities and services to them. Guest Service Agents are also responsible for resolving guest issues and completing special requests. This role will work as an integral part of the front desk division to create a 4-diamond guest experience from guest arrival through departure. This includes shuttle driver, bellman and lobby attendant responsibilities in addition to front office and phone operating system.
