Whether it’s a family reunion or a quiet weekend getaway, your goal is to provide warm, professional service that reflects the charm of the Lakes Area. Key Responsibilities The First Impression: Greet guests with a genuine smile, manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently, and handle reservations via phone and online systems. Concierge Expertise: Provide "insider" knowledge on local Dunvilla and Pelican Rapids attractions, dining, and seasonal activities. Problem Solver: Address guest concerns or special requests with empathy and a "can-do" attitude to ensure every stay is seamless. Operational Support: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to our high standards. Financial Integrity: Process payments accurately, manage cash drawers, and maintain guest billing records.
