About The Position

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation and POS systems
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests and customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, retail products, and local attractions
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Address guest and customer concerns promptly and courteously
