Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Our Front Office team consists of our Director of Front Office Operations, Front Office Managers, Assistant Front Office Managers, our Pre-Arrival Coordinators, Guest Service agents and bell persons. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of recent customer service experience, at least 1 year experience in hospitality. Ability to work the required shifts and experience with Microsoft Office programs. Shift Pattern: Open availability - weekdays, weekends, holidays are required. Pay Rate: $19.76 per hour, plus potential for additional income through upselling! Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent customer service experience
  • at least 1 year experience in hospitality
  • Ability to work the required shifts
  • experience with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, check-in, and orient arriving guests to the hotel
  • Checking out guests and processing payments on-account
  • Respond to guest inquiries in-person, email, and telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
  • Provide or obtain accurate information
