Iroquois Hotel, member of Triumph Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the team. The responsibilities for this position are the following: Check guests in and out of rooms; ensure that all guest information is accurate and up to date Handle all guest payment for charges incurred; correct guest bills as needed Prepare audit accurately at end of shift Maintain an accurate bank for giving change, cashing checks, etc Answering both guest and team member inquiries Accepting mail, packages, laundry, etc from guests and properly processing those items Answering any phone calls that come to the desk Dispatch bellstaff for guest assistance Follow any directions given by Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager Keep updated on all Front Office news as well as hotel-wide announcements, functions, etc by checking the Front Office information board daily Flexibility of working different shifts including overnight.
