About The Position
Iroquois Hotel, member of Triumph Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the team. The responsibilities for this position are the following:
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of rooms
- Ensure that all guest information is accurate and up to date
- Handle all guest payment for charges incurred
- Correct guest bills as needed
- Prepare audit accurately at end of shift
- Maintain an accurate bank for giving change, cashing checks, etc
- Answering both guest and team member inquiries
- Accepting mail, packages, laundry, etc from guests and properly processing those items
- Answering any phone calls that come to the desk
- Dispatch bellstaff for guest assistance
- Follow any directions given by Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager
- Keep updated on all Front Office news as well as hotel-wide announcements, functions, etc by checking the Front Office information board daily
- Flexibility of working different shifts including overnight.
