Requirements

Previous experience in hotel or a similar hospitality role is preferred.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for managing inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using multi-line phone systems.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.
