This 1060 room property has a premier Back Bay location just steps away from the Boston Common and the Public Garden, as well as a half-mile from Beacon Hill and the Theater District! The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and is ready to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests and their peers. Experience within a fast-paced environment with heavy computer usage is highly preferred. What will I be doing? As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
