Guest Service Agent - Holiday Inn Express & Suites McKinleyville
About The Position
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in McKinleyville is seeking a flexible part time Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor/Breakfast Attendant/Laundry Attendant that will work on call as needed, who will offer exceptional customer service to all guests from initial phone call to check in to check out and everything in between. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and communicate clearly and effectively to guests and coworkers. This position also drives to and from the airport in company vehicle, so a valid clean drivers license is required. This is a part time/on call position and must be able to work weekends and holidays if scheduled. The candidate will also cross train for Breakfast Attendant (5:30am - 2:30pm and Night Audit (11p - 7am), and possibly train in Laundry. The ability to be flexible in this position will open you up for more shifts.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Speak clearly on the telephone
- Must be able to see/read computer screen
- Clean drivers license to drive hotel van
- Must be able to acquire Food Handlers and RBS certification within 30 days
