About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and team members. Position hours are usually day shift 7 to 3 pm however some 12 to 8pm or 3 to 11 pm may be required. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and processing deliveries
  • Provide information about the organization’s services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Address and resolve guest or visitor concerns with professionalism and tact
