Responsibilities

  • Deliver refined guest arrival and departure experiences through personalized greetings, efficient registration procedures, and flawless check-in/check-out services
  • Orchestrate room inventory management and reservation confirmations with precision, ensuring optimal availability and guest placement
  • Execute all financial transactions with accuracy, including payment processing, billing reconciliation, account settlements, and daily cash handling procedures
  • Serve as the communication nexus for guest requests, messages, and inquiries, responding with immediacy and professional grace
  • Provide sophisticated concierge-level knowledge of property amenities, local attractions, and regional offerings to enhance the guest journey
  • Curate bespoke guest experiences by proactively securing reservations for Knoxie's Table, The Spa, and exclusive property events
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure impeccable room readiness and service coordination
  • Maintain the integrity of guest information, uphold confidentiality standards, and safeguard all private guest data
  • Ensure the Front Desk and lobby environment reflects luxury hospitality standards through immaculate presentation and ambiance
  • Generate daily operational reports, coordinate guest transportation needs, and maintain comprehensive hotel records with meticulous accuracy
