Requirements

Education or Experience- High school diploma or GED equivalent; no prior experience is required.
Language Skills- Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: read and comprehend instructions, safety rules and memos. Speak clearly, distinctly and with confidence using appropriate pauses, emphasis and punctuation.
Mathematical Skills- Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
Reasoning Ability- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to professionally deal with problems in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional and courteous guest service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
Extend a warm greeting to arriving guests, creating a positive first impression of the hotel.
Handle telephone inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, providing helpful information regarding hotel services, guest registration, local attractions, and travel directions.
Efficiently manage guest reservations, including generating, confirming, canceling, and modifying bookings as needed.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Provide assistance to guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, offering personalized service to enhance their experience.
Handle billing transactions with precision, including computing bills, processing payments, and providing change when necessary.
Assist guests in making reservations for restaurant dining, transportation, or entertainment, ensuring a seamless experience.
Promote current hotel and franchise marketing programs to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Complete daily shift responsibilities checklist to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrate effective teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships and collaboration within a diverse team environment.
Must be available to work in the evenings and on weekends as needed.
