  • Experience in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests into and out of the hotel efficiently using a computer system.
  • Maintain the Front Desk Outlook mailbox and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist guests with requests and handle cash transactions.
  • Answer telephones and make reservations, selling rooms and hotel services.
  • Set up reservations and manage rooming lists and transportation requests.
  • Provide basic information about room availability for private events.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
