Position Overview The Guest Service Agent – Night Auditor plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of Grand View Lodge and ensuring our guests experience the welcoming, high-quality service we are known for. This position works closely with fellow team members and leadership to maintain smooth operations while contributing to a positive, team-focused work environment.
Requirements
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, or perform physical tasks as required for the role
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospitality or guest service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional service to guests while representing the Grand View Lodge brand
- Support daily operations within the department to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency
- Follow established procedures, safety standards, and resort policies
- Communicate effectively with associates and leadership
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall resort operations
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented workplace
