About The Position

The Guest Services Agent at Doubletree Hotel Tulsa Downtown is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting, registering, and checking out guests. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction and financial profitability for the hotel. The agent will perform various tasks including managing guest information, processing payments, and resolving guest inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and services.
  • Ability to handle cash and process credit/debit card transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer.
  • Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for and processing various forms of payment.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, and local area attractions.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
