The pay rate for this full time position is $16/hour plus benefits. The Guest Satisfaction Coordinator serves as the central communication and coordination hub for all guest-related service requests and internal department needs. This role is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by responding to guest inquiries (via internal/external calls, text messages, etc.), ensuring all requests are fulfilled by the appropriate departments while following Operation Compliance standards, and proactively following up to confirm satisfaction. The coordinator also plays a key role in daily operational readiness by communicating the plans for the day including team assignments, suite status updates, and the expediting of urgent matters across departments.
