About The Position

Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a Front Desk Sales Consultant . This is not a receptionist role. If you don’t like selling, this will not be a good fit. We are looking for someone who is comfortable guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing memberships — both on the phone and in person. Requirements

Experience in: Restaurant or hospitality service (servers do very well here), Retail or membership sales, Guest-facing roles where persuasion matters
Comfortable: Talking on the phone, Asking for the sale, Being coached, Being accountable to numbers
