About The Position

Requirements

At least one year of cleaning experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety practices.
A commitment to maintaining guest privacy, security, and satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

Hotel experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
Familiarity with local attractions and activities is an added benefit.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service by addressing guest requests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton and Shaner standards, prioritizing based on room category.
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
Follow all safety, security, and housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Restock and organize your housekeeping cart at the end of each shift.
Perform deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled.
Report maintenance issues to ensure rooms remain in top condition.
Support the team with additional duties as needed.
