Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies according to hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
• Ensure all guest requests and preferences are addressed in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily room cleaning targets and uphold quality standards.
