What You’ll Do Work a flexible schedule that fits our guests’ needs — weekends, holidays, and different shifts keep things interesting Tackle guest requests and complaints with care, making sure everyone leaves happy Deliver spotless rooms and keep everything up to our high standards of quality Follow house rules and safety procedures to keep guests and fellow team members secure Keep your housekeeping cart organized and fully stocked, returning it at the end of each shift Help with deep cleaning and seasonal projects that keep our hotel sparkling Pitch in with other tasks as needed — we’re a team, and we support each other Your Role You’ll be the reason guests walk into a room and instantly feel at home. You’ll notice the little things, report any maintenance issues, and always safeguard guest privacy and belongings. What We’re Looking For At least one year of cleaning experience (hotel background is a plus) Friendly, clear communicator who’s comfortable talking with guests, management, and teammates Knows how to handle cleaning chemicals safely Bilingual English/Spanish?
