About The Position

Responsibilities include preparing rooms for cleaning, making beds, dusting, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms and closets, vacuuming, and securing rooms. The attendant also handles guest requests for items like irons and ironing boards and performs specialized rotation cleaning tasks such as steam cleaning carpets. Requirements
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Basic math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Six (6) months of previous cleaning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
- Makes bed.
- Dusts the room and furniture.
- Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
- Cleans the bathroom.
- Cleans the closet.
- Vacuums the carpet.
- Checks and secure the rooms.
- Replenishes amenities according to the operational standards.
- Delivers and retrieves items on loan to guests (e.g., iron and ironing boards).
- Ensures security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
- Performs rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning, etc.) as required.
