About The Position

Tioga Downs is hiring dedicated cleaning professionals to join our Hotel Staff as Guest Room Attendants. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guests' rooms to ensure ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms/suites to the hotel's cleanliness standards.
• Maintain shelf organization in the storerooms.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.
• Spot clean walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
• Vacuum, sweep, scrub, mop, and clean carpet and flooring in guest rooms.
• Dust, brush, polish, clean, and vacuum furniture, glass, mirrors, curtains, framed pictures, appliances, and other structural fixtures and furnishings in guest rooms.
• Scrub, disinfect, and deodorize showers, toilets, wash basins, and other bathroom and vanity fixtures.
• Strip beds, collect dirty linens, and make beds with fresh linens.
• Replenish linens, amenities, and other supplies in guest rooms.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens in the laundry area.
