About The Position

The position requires consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. The individual must maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, creating positive energy with gestures and sustaining enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. The role involves creating an atmosphere of luck and celebrating guests' wins, being ready to serve, and being informed of daily information. Building relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting is essential. The individual must anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service, check for satisfaction, and effectively resolve service breakdowns when they exist. Additionally, promoting Total Rewards programs and card membership, providing a warm farewell, and thanking guests for visiting are key responsibilities. The individual will sign out a floor key and report to the assigned section, load a cart following standard procedures, and report linen and supplies used. Cleaning guest rooms following housekeeping procedures, reporting any discrepancies in room status to the Supervisor, and reporting repairs needed in the work area to the Supervisor are also part of the job. At the end of the shift, the individual will sign in the key and turn in reports to the Supervisor.
