Position Summary: Revere Health in Salem, Utah is actively seeking to hire an energetic and dependable, part-time Receptionist / Guest Relations to join our team! This entry-level position offers a competitive pay range. In addition to great pay, we offer our Guest Relations paid time off, medical, vision, and dental benefits. Qualifications: Arrive each day ready to have a professional working relationship with patients, physicians, and co-workers. Assist in accurately setting up and maintaining patient information, while providing excellent customer service. As a Guest Relations Specialist, you should love meeting new people, making personal connections easily and ensure that every patient feels welcome and valued. You will be one of the first interactions patients will have in the organization. Don't worry if you don't have Receptionist / Guest Relations experience. We will give you the training needed to excel in this position. You will navigate challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service to our employees, coworkers and physicians. You are the key to helping employees understand our processes and procedures. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in the success of its physicians and patients. We will train the right person!   • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others

  • Assist in accurately setting up and maintaining patient information

  • Provide excellent customer service to our employees, coworkers and physicians
