The Guest Relations Specialist is a critical ambassador of the Tauck brand, serving as the primary point of contact for a wide range of guest, travel advisor, and/or Tauck Director inquiries that may occur either on-tour or post-tour. The Guest Relations Specialist is committed to delivering a high-level of personal care, with thoughtful guidance genuinely delivered to Tauck guests and their trusted travel advisors as needed. The Specialist works cross-functionally with internal teams as well as acts as a key liaison with external resources (such as Travel Protection partners) to ensure seamless, end-to-end support throughout the guest travel experience. This role is directly responsible for managing the complete resolution process of all guest feedback and customer care cases, ensuring every interaction exemplifies Tauck’s unwavering commitment to foster and build guest loyalty.
