This position is the acting liaison, coordinating accommodations before arrival throughout the patient and family stay at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Emphasis will be placed on reservation and registration management of housing, including gathering all necessary patient/caregiver information, updating the property management system, patient education, and resources, and answering patient requests for information and assistance. This position will manage relationships with patients, care partners, vendors, and other referral sources.
