About The Position

The Guest Relations Representative at Mosaic Life Care is responsible for providing a welcoming and supportive environment for visitors. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years experience in tourism or face-to-face retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets each Mosaic visitor promptly and courteously.
• Provides visitors and employees with directions to appropriate locations by mapping out the appropriate directions.
• Assists visitors/customers getting in and out of vehicles.
• Oversees the paging system in Central Waiting.
• Oversees student volunteers when volunteers are not present.
