About The Position

The Guest Relations Representative acts as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members at Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and genuine environment and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. The representative will also cross-train on the switchboard.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Customer Service Experience Required
