About The Position
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Casual Guest Services Representative. This position seeks to ensure the highest level of Guest Services in the assigned department. This position is responsible for welcoming and meeting all initial needs of all patients and families entering the assigned department and ensure a caring relationship with patients and families.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Public/Guest contact position.
- Must have good communication skills and be customer oriented.
