The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for making experience more comfortable and satisfying for patients, families and visitors. The Associate is responsible assisting the Information Desk with greeting and welcoming all patients, visitors, vendors and staff, along with directing guest appropriately. The Associate assists patients and their families with questions regarding personal needs and hospital procedure and resolves issues and concerns patients and their families may have. Provides a variety of services to promote and enhance patient satisfaction and continuously engages with staff, patients and families.
