As a Guest Relations Manager at Fairmont Kea Lani, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest service and maintaining standards for all positions within the Front Office. This role involves managing the Front Desk operations, covering overnight shifts, and ensuring that all special requirements for guests, especially VIPs, are met or exceeded. You will proactively seek feedback on guest satisfaction and resolve any issues in line with the company's mission of colleague empowerment. Additionally, you will support various departments in the absence of department heads and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
