The Guest Relations Attendant/Screener is responsible for providing exceptional customer service. In this high profile role it is crucial to provide a good first impression by greeting everyone who enters the lobby. The Attendant is responsible for providing visitor passes and giving accurate directions. Must be able to work in stressful circumstances and maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance. Able to anticipate the needs of each patient/visitor. The attendant is responsible for screening patients, staff and visitors for temperature and virus symptoms.
