About The Position
Oasis Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Guest Relations Associates to enhance our team and provide exceptional service to our residents and guests. This per diem position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality customer service. The Guest Relations Associate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients upon their admission, ensuring they feel special and valued from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor, demonstrating an understanding of the importance of patient care and confidentiality. In this role, you will be responsible for anticipating patients' needs and taking ownership of tasks to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. You will maintain cooperative and respectful relationships with staff, supporting them in their duties while fostering a team-oriented environment. Daily responsibilities include greeting patients, distributing and refreshing water pitchers, and maintaining a high level of communication with both residents and staff. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, with an emphasis on being approachable and friendly. The work schedule includes weekdays and weekends as needed, providing flexibility for those looking to work in a supportive healthcare setting.
