About The Position

What You’ll Do Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for every guest—whether in person or over the phone. Keep things running smoothly by coordinating guest check-ins and ensuring accurate updates in our systems. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams to make every guest experience seamless. Answer calls with confidence, resolve inquiries, and connect guests to the right team member. Be the go-to resource for guests, guiding them through forms and answering questions with ease. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
  • 1 year of general office experience.
  • Ability to type 45 wpm
  • 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Must be willing to work weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Understand and follow all processes as outlined in the Guest Training Manual SOP.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Admin.
  • Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms assisting guests with any questions they may have.
  • Accurately assign guests to a Sales Representative in the order they arrive.
  • Ensure all information is updated in Concierge from the guest registration within a timely fashion.
  • Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor as needed.
